Tips for a lengthy storage life:
1) We recommend that you soak your bamboo whisk in warm water just before you use it. The bamboo whisk is susceptible to dry conditions. When it is dries out it becomes brittle.
2) After use, store your bamboo whisk on a whisk stand, allowing it to air dry.
